Heal your mind and body, naturally. I’m an experienced, certified Homeopath and a firm believer in a holistic approach to healing. The human body is made up of the mind, body, and spirit. All three must be in working order, so that a free flow of energy is achieved. Through my practice, I use homeopathic remedies to stimulate the body to heal itself and promote well-being.
About Myself
My Story
I’ve been a professional Homeopath since graduating from the School of Homeopathy (UK) in 2010. I embarked on my journey into natural health after being prescribed course after course of antibiotics for a series of infections that simply made the condition worse. I knew modern medicine could do no more. A well chosen homeopathic remedy from a professional homeopath got me back on my feet, ready to embrace life with a new sense of vigour and I have never looked back.

I am also a mother of 3 children and understand the importance of maintaining good mental, emotional
and physical health from the beginning so that our children can develop into happy and confident individuals. While the fundamentals of homeopathy can be applied to anyone of any age and with any condition, I am particularly passionate about working with children and watching them over time, reach their full potential.

and boosting their health and wellbeing through a more natural approach.

What is homeopathy?
The term 'homeopathy' originated from the Greek words 'homoios' meaning 'similar' and 'pathos' meaning 'suffering', referring to the fundamental principle of the Law of Similars.

Homeopathy is generally accepted to have been founded by German physician Samuel Hahnemann (1755-1843), but the Law of Similars has been around for thousands of years. Ancient Greek physician Hippocrates first discussed the idea that 'what a substance can cause, so it can cure'. Paracelsus continued developing the 'Like cures Like' theory into the 1500s.

Homeopathy is a holistic treatment which considers the patient as a whole and takes into account their mental, emotional and physical state.
​
It is a complementary therapy and can be used alongside and in conjunction with other therapies including pharmaceutical medication, without adverse effect. It complements beautifully other natural therapies such as acupuncture, cranial osteopathy and herbs.
​
Homeopathy is frequently used on its own to treat minor ailments and conditions which seem 'untreatable' by modern medicines. This is because it harnesses the body's energy to heal itself by correcting any lack of balance and restoring full functionality.
​
The remedies are usually derived from the natural world with trace amounts of a substance being diluted and potentised into the remedy which is given in the form of a sugar pillule or drops.

Natural Healing
The Consultation
The initial consultation takes 1 - 1 1/2 hours - less for a child. You will be asked to describe your symptoms and how they affect you. Amongst other things you will also be asked about your sleep, dreams, fears, aspirations, favourite foods as well as personal and family medical history.

The more open a patient is during this first consultation the easier it is for a homeopath to identify the correct remedy and therefore get the healing process started. All information provided is treated in full confidentiality.
​
In the current environment you may prefer to do a consultation online. This can easily be done via any of the video/voice apps such as Facetime, Skype, Whatsapp, Messenger or Zoom. Payment can be made via BACs or Paypal and the remedies will be posted out to you.
​
Once a remedy has been prescribed, it is important to arrange a follow up for approximately 4-6 weeks later so we can track your progress and review the action of the remedies.
​
The follow-up will last up to 1 hour during which we will identify if the remedy was correct and the healing process is underway. It is possible that a second remedy may be required. If the action of the remedy is progressing as it should, no new remedy will be prescribed.

Acute prescribing (1/2 hr consultation over the phone only. Appointment and payment must be made in advance.
Patient will be given instructions on which remedy/ies to order from the pharmacy and frequency of dosage. By ordering directly from the pharmacy, the patient will receive the correct remedies sooner).

I love seeing the difference in my patients' health after just a few consultations.
In 2015 I qualified as a supervisor for students of homeopathy. The role of a supervisor is to listen and provide support to the student in a non-judgemental and respectful way, encouraging confidence to make decisions that are right for the patient.
​
During my own period of clinical supervision I realised the benefits of sharing ideas and having my assumptions challenged, particularly when I was unsure. It was always done in a gentle and respectful manner, often opening up new areas of thought.
​
Supervision throughout our career is important to keep us questioning our choices and looking at our tools and methods with fresh eyes so that we continue to learn and improve what we do.
